How to Install or Update MoodShuffle
1. Getting Started
Click on the circular download icon at the top of the page. MoodShuffle will start to download to a file named MoodShuffle.exe
2. Save
(If you have installed an earlier version of MoodShuffle, make sure that you have quit all currently running versions before proceeding.)
Once you click the download icon, a dialog box similar to the one at the right will be displayed. Click on the 'Save' button.
3. Choose Location
After clicking the 'Save' button, another dialog is displayed where you will choose the location where you wish to run MoodShuffle from. Select 'Desktop' on the left side of the save dialog, and press the 'Save' button.
4. Download
The download should then occur, and once it has finished you will have the option to run MoodShuffle. Click 'Run'
5. Security Warning
When you first run MoodShuffle, you will be presented with a security warning dialog. Make sure that the publisher is listed as MoodShuffle, and click on the 'Run' button.
Please read the MoodShuffle Software License Agreement, and if you find it acceptable, press the 'Agree' button to proceed, otherwise press the 'Cancel' button to exit.
6. (Optional) Successful Desktop Save
If you chose to save MoodShuffle to your desktop, you will see the MoodShuffle icon displayed. Double-click the MoodShuffle icon whenever you want to run MoodShuffle in the future.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PROMPTLY REMOVE MOODSHUFFLE FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
MoodShuffle Software License Agreement
1. License.
MoodShuffle, the company, grants to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, limited license to use MoodShuffle as set forth in this agreement.
2. Restrictions.
MoodShuffle, the company, is the owner of MoodShuffle, including all rights, and interests in the software. You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, copy, duplicate, redistribute, license or sub-license MoodShuffle. You agree to make no more than one copy of MoodShuffle for backup or archival purposes. For additional copies of MoodShuffle, download from www.moodshuffle.com
3. Fee.
This version of MoodShuffle (1.0 Beta) is free.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty.
Use of MoodShuffle is at your own risk. MoodShuffle is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability.
MoodShuffle, the company, and the MoodShuffle developer(s) are not liable for any damages, including compensatory, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential, connected with or resulting from this license agreement or your use of MoodShuffle.
6. Activation.
This License Agreement is valid without your signature. It becomes effective upon your use of MoodShuffle.
7. Termination.
You have the right to terminate this License Agreement at any time. In doing so, you agree to delete/destroy all of your copies of MoodShuffle upon termination of the License.
