How to Install or Update MoodShuffle
1. Download
Click on the circular download icon at the top of the page. MoodShuffle will download to a disk-image file named similar to MoodShuffle.dmg.
Depending on how your system is configured, the disk-image-file may or may not automatically mount when the download completes. If a Finder window automatically opens once the download finishes, skip to step 3.
2. Mount
Wait until the download has finished. If your system doesn't automatically open and mount the MoodShuffle disk image, locate the downloaded disk-image file using Finder, and double-click it. (If you have installed an earlier version of MoodShuffle, make sure that you have quit all currently running versions before proceeding.)
Please read the MoodShuffle Software License Agreement, and if you find it acceptable, press the 'Agree' button to proceed, otherwise press the 'Disagree' button to exit.
3. Install
When the MoodShuffle disk-image mounts, a new Finder window will open that contains the icon for your new MoodShuffle application. Drag the icon to the Applications folder in order to install it. This copies MoodShuffle from the disk-image that you downloaded to your hard drive, so it is available to use whenever you want to.
4. Eject
Once you have completed the first 3 steps, MoodShuffle has been installed. You can now safely 'eject' the MoodShuffle virtual disk, and delete the MoodShuffle.dmg file if you would like to.
5. Dock (Optional)
If you want easy access to launch MoodShuffle, you can copy it to your system dock. From the Applications folder click and drag the MoodShuffle application to your dock.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PROMPTLY REMOVE MOODSHUFFLE FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
MoodShuffle Software License Agreement
1. License.
MoodShuffle, the company, grants to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, limited license to use MoodShuffle as set forth in this agreement.
2. Restrictions.
MoodShuffle, the company, is the owner of MoodShuffle, including all rights, and interests in the software. You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, copy, duplicate, redistribute, license or sub-license MoodShuffle. You agree to make no more than one copy of MoodShuffle for backup or archival purposes. For additional copies of MoodShuffle, download from www.moodshuffle.com
3. Fee.
This version of MoodShuffle (1.0 Beta) is free.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty.
Use of MoodShuffle is at your own risk. MoodShuffle is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability.
MoodShuffle, the company, and the MoodShuffle developer(s) are not liable for any damages, including compensatory, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential, connected with or resulting from this license agreement or your use of MoodShuffle.
6. Activation.
This License Agreement is valid without your signature. It becomes effective upon your use of MoodShuffle.
7. Termination.
You have the right to terminate this License Agreement at any time. In doing so, you agree to delete/destroy all of your copies of MoodShuffle upon termination of the License.
